A Joyful Noise gives you a unique opportunity to witness to family and friends. If you live
according to Christ, you can display to others that Jesus has not asked you to stop having fun.
And for you, you can rest easy knowing that you did not have to compromise your beliefs or worry
about music selections being lyrically unacceptable. Also, if you listen to Christian radio, the
music you know and love will be helping you celebrate all evening.
A Joyful Noise is also flexible enough to accommodate special requests from the secular genre
of music. It is your celebration and we want to serve you in the manner you would prefer.
Obviously, the selections should be tasteful and not contradict the message of Christ.
When you choose A Joyful Noise you will receive a free consultation (to help plan and organize
the event), hours of great music, and all the activities you expect at a wedding reception. If you
want to dance, we have a large library of great music to choose from. If you want games or
specialty dances (hokey-pokey, chicken dance, etc.) those are available also. We will emcee the
night and entertain your guests without taking the focus away from you on your special day!
How do I proceed from here?
If you have decided you would like to secure the services of A Joyful Noise, please Contact Us
as soon as possible. You may want to check the Availability Calendar to be sure your date has
not already been reserved.
Once we have made contact, we will set up a date to hold an initial consultation. At this meeting
we will be getting to know one another so that you as the client are comfortable with us and the
service we provide. We will determine if A Joyful Noise is the right service for you. You will
probably be given a few forms to fill in at your convenience and returned to us (either by mail or
at the next meeting). The details of the forms will be explained and the information you provide
will allow us to serve you and your guests to the fullest.
At some point as the date of your event approaches, we will hold a final consultation at which the
details pertaining to your reception (such as order of proceedings and specific music
selections) should be completed. Of course, you will be able to contact us at any time to make
last minute changes and corrections, even at the reception itself.
The best advice we can provide you is: relax and enjoy. Overall, it is a stressful time and no
reception ever goes exactly as planned. There are too many variables between catering, cake
cutting, photographers, DJ's, family and weather conditions. You will have your expectations for
your special day that you deserve to have met, but do not forget to praise God and enjoy it for
what it is: a celebration of the beginning of a new life He has blessed you with from this day
forward.
